1. Delivery countries

We currently deliver to the following countries:
🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇨🇭 Switzerland
(other countries on request).

2. Delivery time

Since we work with international partners and manufacturers (e.g. from Asia), the average delivery time is:

• Germany & EU: 7–20 working days

• Other countries: 10–25 business days

📌 Note: In exceptional cases (e.g. customs, holidays, high demand) longer delivery times may occur.

3. Shipping costs

• Free shipping for orders over 50 €

• Under 50 €: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout

4. Shipment tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipment tracking will be activated within a few days of shipment.

5. Customs & Import Duties

In most cases, our shipping partner covers all duties. If your package is inspected by customs, additional fees may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility.
